At Kejetia Afro-Caribbean Food Shop, we’re committed to delivering your favourite Afro-Caribbean products quickly and securely. We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible by offering reliable shipping options that suit your needs.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently deliver across the UK with the following shipping options:
1. UK Standard Delivery (2-5 Working Days)

£7 – For orders weighing 0-2kg

£12 – For orders weighing 2-20kg
2. Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland Only)

£15 – For orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) to receive your delivery the next working day.
Please note: Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following working day.
Order Processing Times
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 working day and dispatched via our trusted delivery partner, DHL.
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Weight & Costs
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order at checkout. Be sure to double-check your cart to see which shipping option applies to you.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
We take pride in providing you with fresh, high-quality Afro-Caribbean products. Due to the nature of our goods, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once your order has been delivered.
Returns & Refunds
- For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any food items. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
- If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong item, we are happy to offer an exchange. To qualify:
You must notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 5 working days from receiving your order.
- The item must be unopened, in its original condition, and suitable for resale.
- To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Additional Information
- We are unable to offer exchanges for perishable items that have been opened or used.
- Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible once we receive your request and confirm eligibility.
